I am home from hospital after an unexpected operation to remove a small cancerous nodule that was discovered during a fairly routine test. At least it is a routine test for those aged 60-74, but I requested one once I'd fallen off the top of the age group, because of family history. And it was just as well I did, as they think what has been removed was primary and isolated, though I'm waiting on further tests, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, etc to be sure there are no more nasties lurking.
So I'm still feeling a bit 'under the weather' and taking things easily for the moment.
So no crochet to show, or much else either, but thought this was the best way of letting the largest number of people know why I've been a bit quiet lately.
